  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss arising from force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, traffic disruptions, or government policies).

3. Obligations and Rights of Customers / Users

  • Provide complete, honest, and accurate personal, contact, and service request information when registering or making a transaction.

  • Make payment for the service costs according to the method and timeline agreed upon in the contract or service order.

  • Comply with all regulations, rules, schedules, and safety or environmental guidelines during the use of services or participation in tours.

  • Have the right to request cost transparency, file complaints in case of errors, and provide feedback on service quality.

  • In case of service cancellation or modification, please provide early notice in accordance with the cancellation terms stated in the contract to avoid additional costs or loss of benefits.
