electric vehicles, etc.) in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the contract or the tour description.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"830\">\n<p data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"830\">All transportation vehicles are <strong data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"760\">ensured to meet technical safety, hygiene, and full insurance requirements<\/strong>in compliance with Vietnamese laws on transportation and tourism.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"982\">\n<p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"982\">Drivers and tour guides arranged by Vietnam Explore are professionally trained, courteous, and always ready to assist travelers throughout the journey.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1220\">\n<p data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1220\">In case of force majeure (such as traffic jams, bad weather, technical issues, or changes from the transport provider), Vietnam Explore reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1152\">adjust the vehicle or itinerary<\/strong> while still ensuring the customer\u2019s rights and the best possible experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1276\">Delivery of documents, tickets, and service confirmations<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1972\">\n<li data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1459\">\n<p data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"2339\">\n<p data-start=\"2169\" data-end=\"2339\">In cases requiring direct delivery (for group tours or large contracts), our staff will contact you to arrange a convenient time and location for the customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2489\">\n<p data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2489\">If you do not receive the confirmation information within the above
